These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skilnexis website and related applications and services (the “Service”) provided by Skilnexis OÜ (“Skilnexis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if misuse is detected.
The Service is intended for educational and training purposes.
Skilnexis does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, academic performance, or measurable results.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Skilnexis OÜ or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The Service may be made available through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
You acknowledge that Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

The Service is designed for educational use. Where applicable, use by children should be supervised by a parent, guardian, or educational institution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skilnexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.
In no event shall Skilnexis’ total liability exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for access to the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
